Andreas Gette and Ignatheus Gette came to the USA on the Kaiserin
Auguste Victoria sailing from Hamburg, Germany, on March 5, 1913, arriving at Ellis Island on March 17, 1913. The long journey led to them being held for Special Inquiry as it seems both brothers were held 15 days for some kind of physical defect, probably sickness.
