May 17, 1975 – Dr. Dean Howell Johnson of Concord, California, is named resident physician of the newly finished Bell Helicopter International Doctor’s Complex in Esfahan.

June 13, 1975 – The Nathan Segel family brings their Oscar Fish named “Oscar” to Iran in a small picnic cooler.  He spends his first few days in Teheran swimming in a bathtub at the Commodore Hotel.

June 15, 1975 – BHI advance party arrives in Kermanshah to prepare the groundwork for BHI’s third site in Iran.

June 21, 1975 – Howard Moore, previously Director of Plans and Programs in Teheran, is named Director of the Flight Training Division in Esfahan.  He succeeded E. J. Smith who had held that position since 1973.

July 1975 – At the Iran-American Housing Commission held in Teheran, BHI commissions their legal counsel to prepare a bill of tenants rights based on Iranian law.

July 1975 – BHI leases property at 20 Gilanshah in Teheran and names the building The Cobra House.  The Cobra House becomes home to the BHI Public Affairs Department, houses a thift shop sponsored by the Bell Belles and provides a location for company and employee meetings and special events.

August 1975 –  Approximately 140 BHI pilots in Esfahan, members of the Professional Helicopter Pilots Association, engage in a sick-in.  During the remainder of the month, 40 pilots return to work and BHI terminates the employment of 100 pilots.

September 1975 – The Teheran All-Stars blank the Esfahan All-Stars for the second straight year in the annual BHI Slow-Pitch Softball All-Star competition.

September 1975 – Ted Sarno is named Director of Personnel, Iran. 

October 1975 – Oscar likes Iran and has grown to nine inches.  His young owner, Bob Segal, reports that Oscar is rapidly using the food supply that he brought to Iran and seeks a supply of guppies and mollies.

October 1975 – An Imperial Iranian Armed Forces Helicopter Logistics Department (IIAFHLD) crew assembles the first Iranian 214A.  This crew of Iranian counterparts to BHI personnel is recognized by BHI Director of Maintenance-Logistics Harry O. Davis for "...great progress."

October 1975 – Over 200 BHI employees donate blood in Teheran in a blood drive conducted by the Iranian National Blood Transfusion Service.

October 1975 – First BHI employee directory is published listing all employees in Iran.
